NEW YORK - Chicago Blackhawks forward Drake Caggiula has been suspended for one game for an illegal check to the head of Edmonton Oilers forward Tyler Ennis during Game 1 of the teams' Stanley Cup Qualifiers series in Edmonton on Saturday, Aug. 1, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.

The incident occurred at 7:41 of the second period.
