The CBJ goaltending pipeline continues to prove it is one of the best in the NHL. The Blue Jackets drafted Veini Vehvilainen with the 173rd overall pick in 2018, and so far this season he is proving that was a steal for the CBJ.
Vehvilainen, through 9 games, has allowed just 10 goals (1.10 GAA) and has stopped over 95 percent of shots. The 21-year old goaltender has set out to earn a look sooner rather than later.
