Catenacci's 3rd period goal stands as winner as Rangers beat Spitfires 3-2

WINDSOR, Ont. - Michael Catenacci scored what proved to be the game winner 78 seconds into the third period as the Kitchener Rangers edged the Windsor Spitfires 3-2 on Thursday in Ontario Hockey League action.

The Rangers (23-10-1) also recieved goals from Eric Ming and Max Iafrate.

Brady Vail scored both goals for the Spitfires (17-18-4).

Franky Palazzese made 32 saves for the win while John Cullen stopped 37 shots in a losing effort.

Kitchener scored once on three power-play opportunities as Windsor went 2-for-6.
