Fleury, who missed 25 games with a concussion, was activated from injured reserve Sunday.
The Golden Knights are seeking their third five-game winning streak and can become the fifth team to reach 20 victories this season.
The Hurricanes have lost four straight games and six of their past seven. They play the second of a back to back after a 3-2 loss to the Anaheim Ducks on Monday.
