BARRIE, Ont. - Jon Carnevale scored with under four minutes left in the third period to break a 2-2 tie and help the Ottawa 67's to a 4-2 win over the Barrie Colts on Saturday night in the Ontario Hockey League.
Earlier in the period, Barrie's Colt Kennedy scored to tie the game after Ottawa (8-6-0-0) notched two in the second on efforts from Marc Zanetti and Cody Lindsay. Lindsay also had two assists.
Brian Lashoff opened the scoring for the Colts (6-6-1-0) and assisted on Kennedy's marker. Corey Cowick added an empty-netter for Ottawa.
Chris Perugini earned the win for the 67's, while Barrie netminder Peter Di Salvo recorded the loss.
