Caria scores winner, Gajewski stops 43 as Greyhounds even series with Rangers @NHLdotcom

KITCHENER, Ont. - Matt Caria scored the game-winner and Kyle Gajewski made 43 saves as the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds defeated the Kitchener Rangers 3-1 to even their Western Conference final at 1-1.

Caria scored his sixth goal of the playoffs in the second period on the power play. Wayne Simmonds also scored for the Greyhounds and Andrew Campbell added an empty-netter. Scott Tregunna replied for the Rangers.

Josh Unice stopped 16 of 18 shots for Kitchener.

Game 3 is Sunday in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.
