Hotdog Horvat won the Internet this week and now the Vancouver Canucks are capitalizing on fame for a great cause.

The team announced that they would sell Hotdog Horvat shirts, on a limited basis, at the team store at Rogers Arena Friday and all of the proceeds will go to the British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BCSPCA).

The Canucks also sold special edition hot dogs in sections of the stadium to benefit the BCSPCA.

The BCSPCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the lives of animals in British Columbia.
