I am a Hurricanes Season Ticket Member. What happened with my tickets for the final eight (8) home games of the 2019-20 regular season?
All Hurricanes Season Ticket Members were given the first opportunity to either roll over their remaining credits from the 2019-20 season to the 2020-21 season and decrease their monthly payments, or request a refund of these credits.

How will credit be applied to 2020-21 payments?
Your credit will be applied to the 2020-21 total payment balance amount, which will reduce your scheduled monthly payments.

I already paid in full for my Season Ticket Membership for the 2020-21 season. What will happen to my funds from the 2019-20 canceled games?
Please reach out to a Canes ticket representative for additional information.

Does this mean the 2019-20 season is canceled?
No. The 2019-20 regular season has now concluded, but the NHL has announced a 24-team return to play format, which includes the Hurricanes as the 6th seed in the Eastern Conference. The NHL plans to conclude the 2019-20 season utilizing the 24-team field and ultimately award the Stanley Cup.

I already paid for playoff strips for the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs. What will happen to those funds?
Like the remaining games in the 2019-20 regular season, we will credit your 2020-21 Season Ticket Membership for your 2020 Stanley Cup Playoff purchase.
