Canes' president/GM Rutherford on 'NHL Hour' @NHL
Carolina Hurricanes president and general manager Jim Rutherford will be Thursday's guest on NHL Hour With Commissioner Gary Bettman on and SIRIUS XM Radio at 6 p.m. ET.  

The Hurricanes and RBC Center are set to host their first NHL All-Star Game at the end of this month.  The excitement begins on Friday, Jan. 28 with the NHL All-Star Player Fantasy Draft powered by Cisco which is televised nationwide beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The Honda NHL SuperSkills will take place at RBC Center on Saturday followed by the League's mid-season spectacular -- the 58th NHL All-Star Game presented by Discover -- on Sunday, Jan. 30.

The Hurricanes will have three players represented in the Honda NHL SuperSkills competition and the NHL All-Star Game presented by Discover -- team captain Eric Staal, who leads the Club with 42 points, goaltender Cam Ward (18-11-5, 2.62 goals-against average, .923 save percentage) and first-year sensation Jeff Skinner, who leads all NHL rookies in points (33) and assists (19).
