MONTREAL - The Montreal Canadiens recalled forward Aaron Palushaj from the American Hockey League's Hamilton Bulldogs on Monday to help fill their depleted roster.

Montreal lost both forward Mike Cammalleri and defenceman Jaroslav Spacek to injuries in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Winnipeg Jets.

In five exhibition games with Montreal, the six-foot-one, 183-pound native of Northville, Mich., had one goal and three assists.
