Canada improves to 2-0 at world junior hockey championship

Kyle Turris scored both goals to give Canada a 2-0 win over Slovakia in round-robin play Thursday. Steve Mason earned the shutout in the Canadian net.
It was Canada's 20th straight victory at the event.
Canada opened the tournament with a 3-0 win over the Czech Republic on Wednesday.
Canada has Friday off before facing Sweden on Saturday.
