New York Rangers
captain Ryan Callahan
could miss Thursday night's game against the Carolina Hurricanes
with a bruised foot. The team is listing him as day-to-day.
Callahan will travel with the team to Raleigh, N.C., but coach John Tortorella said he's not sure if he'll be able to play.
Callahan is second on the team with 25 goals and hasn't missed a game this season. He was forced to sit out the Rangers first-round playoff series last year with a broken suffered from blocking a shot by Boston's Zdeno Chara
in the 80th game of the regular season.
