Calgary scores two power-play goals in second period to upend Red Deer 6-3 @NHLdotcom

RED DEER, Alta. - The Calgary Hitmen snapped a 2-2 tie with a pair of second-period power-play goals en route to a 6-3 win over the Red Deer Rebels in a WHL game Tuesday.

Michael Stone scored twice for Calgary (9-3-0), while single goals were contributed by Joel Broda, Austin Madaisky, Brandon Kozun and Chase Schaber.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Andrej Kudrna and Nathan Green replied for Red Deer (6-7-0).
