Referee's call on ice stands - no goal Washington

At 7:46 of the second period in the Flames/Capitals game, the Situation Room initiated a review to further examine a play at the Calgary net. The referee informed the Situation Room that the he deemed the play dead when Calgary goaltender Brian Elliott froze the puck following the original shot. This is not a reviewable play and therefore the referee's call on the ice stands - no goal Washington.
