Gavin Giroux high-fives

The Ottawa Senators had an adorable guest for their postgame celebration on Saturday.

Claude Giroux's son, Gavin, gave out postgame high-fives after the Senators' 5-0 win against the Montreal Canadiens at Canadian Tire Centre.
Gavin stood in the Senators tunnel with a smile on his face as players stuck out their hands and gave him pats on the head as they came off the ice in a cute video posted by the team on Twitter.

The tot saved his biggest smile for dad, helping the veteran forward sign autographs after the game.
Giroux asked Gavin if he had fun and how many goals daddy scored on the night.
The toddler adorably held up two fingers in response.
Gavin then sat on Ottawa's bench and received a fist bump from Senators mascot Spartacat as his dad was announced as one of the stars of the game.
After, Gavin joined his dad and the Senators in the locker room for their postgame goggle award celebration.
Visiting dad at work isn't so bad after all.
