SJS@VGK, Gm6: Defense aids Fleury for amazing OT stop

It's the Stanley Cup Playoffs, so it's time to leave it all on the ice, even if that means your entire backside.

That is precisely what Vegas Golden Knights defensemen Colin Miller and Jon Merrill did in support of Marc-Andre Fleury.
With about 3:20 to play in the first overtime of the Western Conference First Round Series against the San Jose Sharks, a wild sequence took place with the Sharks on the attack.
Fleury made the initial saves and stopped two rebound attempts, but a third try from Sharks forward Timo Meier looked like it would sneak in, but Miller sprung into action.
Initially stopping the puck with his right leg, Miller then collided with Merrill, who was also doing anything he could to keep the puck from crossing the line.
Miller sprawled out on his back, extending his arms and legs like he was trying to make a snow angel in the crease, and the puck safely squirted away from under his back.
While the Golden Knights kept the puck out of the net in the first overtime, the Sharks won in the second OT on Tomas Hertl's goal. Game 7 is scheduled for Tuesday.
