After sweating it out for a full day, Pittsburgh Penguins assistant general manager Bill Guerin finally met his first round pick from the 2018 NHL Draft.

And it came with peanut butter and pickels on the side, just as he'd hoped.
James Rutherford, the son of Penguins GM Jim Rutherford, worked as team runner during the draft on Friday. With no first round pick to occupy Guerin's thoughts, he decided to request some unique food items and asked James to find them.
Among the requests were a salami and cheese sandwich, with pickles and peanut butter on the side. While those things were difficult to come by in Dallas, difficult for James only takes a day.

Every item Guerin asked for was included in a gift basket from James, along with a hand written note.
The gift doesn't come free, however. James delivered the basket with the promise that Guerin had to help deliver a good season.
