The action begins with three games at 7 p.m. ET. Florida will try to build on Tuesday's 4-3 win at New York when it visits Boston, where the Bruins are home after Monday's 2-0 loss at Los Angeles. Carolina goes for the 1,000th win in franchise history when it visits the New York Islanders
, 1-0 losers at Pittsburgh on Tuesday. Also, Atlanta will try to bounce back after Sunday's 7-1 rout at Tampa Bay when it hosts Washington. The Caps lost 2-1 in a shootout to the Rangers on Monday.
A half-hour later, Versus will be on hand in Detroit where the Red Wings host the red-hot New Jersey Devils
, who are 6-0-1 in their last seven after a 5-2 win against Florida on Sunday. Detroit has been off since Saturday's 4-1 loss to Chicago.
Also at 7:30, Edmonton visits Dallas in a game that can be seen in Canada on TSN. The Stars are back home after a 7-1 loss at Vancouver on Monday.
At 9 p.m. ET, Colorado tries to build on Monday's 4-3 win against St. Louis when it hosts Phoenix. The Blues continue their road trip when they visit Calgary at 10 p.m. The Flames have won three in a row, including Monday's 3-1 home victory against Nashville. The Predators finish a grueling pre-break stretch with a 10 p.m. visit to Vancouver,
The last game before the break starts at 10:30 p.m. ET when the San Jose Sharks
visit Los Angeles. The Kings have won their last two, including the shutout of Boston on Monday, while San Jose brings a four-game win streak to L.A., including Saturday's 4-3 home win against Minnesota.
