Bulls draw first blood in OHL East final with 3-2 win over Generals @NHL

BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Adam Perry scored two goals, including the game-winner, and the Belleville Bulls opened the Ontario Hockey League Eastern Conference final with a 3-2 win over the Oshawa Generals on Wednesday.

Cory Tanaka also scored for Belleville. Matt Beleskey added three assists for the Bulls, who lead the best-of-seven series 1-0.

Brett Parnham and Brett MacLean replied for Oshawa.

Mike Murphy made 27 saves for the Bulls while Daryl Borden stopped 45 shots for the Generals.

Game 2 is Friday in Oshawa, Ont.
