Bubnick and Shattock score two for Kamloops in win over Oil Kings @NHLdotcom

EDMONTON - Jimmy Bubnick and Tyler Shattock scored two goals each as the Kamloops Blazers snapped a three game losing streak, defeating the Edmonton Oil Kings 5-2 in Western Hockey League action on Friday night.

C.J Stretch notched the game winner 12:28 into the second period, firing a wrist shot past the blocker of Oil Kings netminder Dalyn Flette. Bubnick opened the scoring 6:57 into the game for Kamloops (3-3-0-1). Brett Breitkreuz and Brendan Dowd scored for the Oil Kings (4-3-0-1).

Justin Leclerc made 24 saves - 17 of them in the third period - for the Blazers, while Flette stopped 17 shots for Edmonton.
