Florida Panthers left wing Jaromir Jagr is expected to play his 1,639th NHL game, tying Dave Andreychuk for sixth on the all-time list. Jagr, 44, has 100 points (33 goals, 67 assists) in 81 career games against the Bruins. Right wing Jonathan Marchessault, named NHL Third Star of the Month, leads the Panthers with six goals and 11 points in nine games, and the Panthers are 4-1-0 when Marchessault scores a goal. Defenseman Aaron Ekblad leads the Panthers with 21 hits and 11 blocked shots. Forward Colton Sceviour, who scored three goals in a 5-2 win at the Detroit Red Wings on Sunday, became the first Panthers player with a hat trick since Tomas Kopecky against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Feb. 26, 2013. "It's exciting. It never happened for me before at this level," Sceviour told the Miami Herald. "A lot of things bounced my way, but the most exciting part was getting the win. We had a tough road trip, lost some games we should have won and also didn't perform properly. To end on this positive note, heading home, is huge." The Panthers play five of their next six games at BB&T Center.
