Bruins' DVD wins New England Sports Emmy @NHLdotcom
NEW YORK, NY – "The History of the Boston Bruins" DVD, produced by the National Hockey League (NHL) in collaboration with the Boston Bruins®, took home an Emmy for "Outstanding Sports One-Time Special" at the 33rd Annual Boston/New England Sports Emmy Awards on May 22, 2010.

In conjunction with the 85th anniversary of the Boston Bruins, "The History Of Boston Bruins" DVD tells the story of this revered Original Six™ franchise through archival images, game footage, rare film clips, and exclusive interviews with Bruins players from today and yesterday.  It delves into the B's rich tradition, including their legendary rivalry with the Montreal Canadiens®, and features some of the biggest names to wear the spoked B including hockey greats Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito, Ray Borque and Cam Neely and current players Zdeno Chara, Tim Thomas, Marc Savard and Andrew Ference.

Creative was developed by NHL® Studios and the Boston Bruins. "The History of the Boston Bruins" DVD is distributed by Warner Home Video and available at and wherever DVDs are sold.
