Brown scores SO winner, Dansk makes 37 saves as the Otters edge the Knights 3-2 @NHLdotcom

LONDON, Ont. - Connor Brown scored the lone shootout goal on Friday as the Erie Otters edged the host London Knights 3-2 in Ontario Hockey League action.

J.P. Labardo and Adam Pelech scored in regulation time for the Otters (3-6-2).

Max Domi and Josh Anderson each scored for the Knights (5-3-1).

Oscar Dansk stopped 37-of-39 shots to earn the win for Erie.

Kevin Bailie, who has played every minute in the London net this season, stopped 34-of-36 shots in 65 minutes of action.

Dansk had to be solid as he and the Otters spotted London a 2-0 lead in the first period.

A Domi goal extended his point streak to nine games and he has 16 points in total.

Anderson made it 2-0, but Labardo narrowed Erie's deficit at 19:23 of the first.

Pelech scored the only goal of the second period as his point shot on a power play was re-directed behind Bailie.

Erie rookie Connor McDavid, who doesn't turn 16-years-old until Jan. 13, extended his point streak to 10 games with an assist on the Labardo effort.

Erie was 1-for-3 with the man advantage, while London 0-for-3.
