ST. LOUIS -- The "Moose" chants were loud and clear for Brian Elliott as he took the ice for warmups, and it would have been unlike the Calgary Flames goalie to not give the home fans another rousing performance.
Only this time, Elliott would be doing so for the visiting Flames against the St. Louis Blues, the team he played for the past five seasons before a June 24 trade. Elliott stopped 23 shots in a 4-1 victory at Scottrade Center on Tuesday.
