ANAHEIM -- Defenseman Brenden Dillon was in the lineup for the Dallas Stars when they faced the Anaheim Ducks in Game 5 of their Western Conference First Round series on Friday.
Dillon missed the first four games of the series with a lower-body injury sustained on April 11 against the St. Louis Blues. He took part in an optional skate Thursday before the Stars flew to Anaheim, and the team said he would be a game-time decision. He was the 11th Dallas player to make his debut in the Stanley Cup Playoffs in this series.
Dallas scratched defenseman Patrik Nemeth with an upper-body injury.
