Brassart scores twice as the Hitmen come from behind to beat the Hurricanes 6-3 @NHLdotcom

CALGARY - Brady Brassart had two goals and an assist as the Calgary Hitmen rallied for a 6-3 win over the visiting Lethbridge Hurricanes in Western Hockey League action on Sunday.

Brooks Macek had a goal and two assists for the Hitmen (22-16-3), who trailed 3-0 before they scored two late goals in the second period and four more in the final frame.

Victor Rask, Chase Clayton and Jimmy Bubnick also scored for Calgary, who has won a season-high five games in a row.

Cam Braes and Nick Buonassisi had a goal and an assist each for the Hurricanes (16-27-1), who have lost five of their past seven games.

Philip Tot also scored for Lethbridge.

Brandon Glover made 21 saves for the win while Damien Ketlo stopped 41 of 47 shots in defeat.

Calgary went 1 for 9 on the power play as Lethbridge failed to score on four opportunities with the man advantage.
