Brandon Kozun scores twice, adds two assists as Hitmen hold off Blades 5-4

SASKATOON - Brandon Kozun had a four-point night as the Calgary Hitmen held off a late rally by the Saskatoon Blades to win 5-4 in Western Hockey League play Saturday.

Kozun scored twice and added two assists for Calgary (20-8-1), while Joel Broda also scored two goals and Ian Schultz had a single.

Charles Inglis, Travis Toomey, Burke Gallimore and Derek Hulak each scored for the Blades (20-4-3), who scored three straight goals in the third to come up one short of the extra time.

Hitmen goaltender Martin Jones made 18 saves while at the other end Steven Stanford stopped 25 shots.
