CALGARY - Brandon Kozun had a goal and three assists to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 7-2 win over the Kootenay Ice in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.
Ian Schultz and Michale Stone each had a goal and an assist for the Hitmen (17-6-0), who won their seventh straight home game.
Kris Foucault, Matt MacKenzie, Misha Fisenko and Cody Sylvester also scored Calgary, while Joel Broda chipped in with two assists.
Joe Antilla and Brock Montgomery scored for the Ice (8-12-1), who built a 2-0 lead by the 11:13 mark of the first period before the Hitmen reeled off the next seven goals.
Kootenay had gone 3-0-1 in its previous four games.
Calgary goalie Michael Snider made 32 saves to improve his record to 8-2-0.
Starting Koootenay goalie Todd Mathews stopped 11 of the 15 shots he faced before being replaced by Nathan Lieuwen at the 7:34 mark of the second period.
Lieuwen made 11 saves in relief.
