Brampton launches deluge at Sudbury and comes away with the victory @NHLdotcom

BRAMPTON, Ont. - The Brampton Battalion put 56 shots on the Sudbury Wolves net en route to a 4-1 victory in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday afternoon.

Despite the losing effort, Sudbury goaltender Sebastian Dahm was sensational, turning in a 52-save performance.

Cody Hodgson led the way offensively for the Battalion (18-10-1-2), scoring a pair of goals for the Central Division leaders who have won five straight games. Kyle Decoste and Matt Duchene added singles.

Sudbury (7-24-0-1), meanwhile, is last in the division and has managed only a single point in their last 10 games. Their lone goal came from Kevin Baker.

Bryan Pitton made 27 saves for Brampton, as the Battalion have only surrendered one goal in their last three outings.
