WINDSOR, Ont. - Cameron Brace scored twice, including the game winner, and Scott Stajcer made 25 saves Thursday as the Owen Sound Attack defeated the Windsor Spitfires 6-4 in the Ontario Hockey League.
Brace jumped on a turnover at the Owen Sound blue-line and raced down the ice to break a 4-4 tie with a short-handed goal 13 minutes into the third.
He added his second of the night into an empty net in the game's final minute.
Gemel Smith, Kurtis Gabriel, Daniel, Catenacci and Keevin Cuttin had the other goals for Owen Sound (17-13-4).
Alexander Khokhlachev had a pair of goals for the Spitfires (17-15-4), while Zack MacQueen and Chris Marchese also scored.
Making his debut after being acquired from the Erie Otters earlier this week, Marchese also added a pair of assists for the first three-point performance of his OHL career.
John Cullen made 31 saves for the Spitfires, who saw their season-high four-game winning streak come to an end.
