Boychuk caps comeback as Winterhawks rally to defeat Kelowna 3-2

PORTLAND, Ore. - Riley Boychuk scored the game-winner as the Portland Winterhawks recovered from an early 2-0 deficit to down the Kelowna Rockets 3-2 in Western Hockey League play Saturday night.

Luke Walker and Ryan Johansen also scored for Portland (15-7-0).

Kelowna (11-10-1) got goals from Stepan Novotny and Cody Chikie, while Tyson Barrie had two assists.

Rockets goalie Chad Ketting made 21 saves, while Kurtis Mucha stopped 26 shots, including his 6,000th save as a Winterhawk, to earn the win.
