Forward sustained injury against Devils

Sean Kuraly will be out approximately four weeks for the Boston Bruins because of a fractured right hand.

The forward sustained the injury in a 5-1 win against the New Jersey Devils on Thursday.

Kuraly has 21 points (eight goals, 13 assists) in 71 games this season, each NHL career highs.

Boston recalled forward Karson Kuhlman from Providence of the American Hockey League on an emergency basis on Saturday.

The timeline means Kuraly likely would miss the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Boston (46-20-9) is in second place in the Atlantic Division, seven points ahead of the Toronto Maple Leafs, and clinched a playoff berth with Saturday's 7-3 win over the Florida Panthers.
