Bosch's OT winner earns Medicine Hat WHL title with 3-2 win over Vancouver @NHL

MEDICINE HAT, Alta. (CP) - Brennan Bosch's goal 7:16 into the second overtime period gave Medicine Hat a thrilling 3-2 win over Vancouver on Monday, earning the Tigers the Western Hockey League championship.

Medicine Hat also had goals from Tyler Ennis and Daine Todd as the Tigers eliminated the Giants in seven games. Final MVP Matt Keetley turned away 37 shots in goal for Medicine Hat, which had already clinched a spot in the Memorial Cup.

Wacey Rabbit and Michal Repik responded in regulation for the Giants, who will attend the Memorial Cup as the host team.

Tyson Sexsmith made 34 saves for the Giants.
