St. Louis Blues center Jori Lehtera scored 1:00 into the first period against the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 7 of their Western Conference First Round series at Scottrade Center on Monday.

Lehtera deflected a slap shot from defenseman Jay Bouwmeester past Chicago goalie Corey Crawford.

The best-of-7 series is tied 3-3. The winner will play the Dallas Stars in the second round.
