Langenbrunner, 37, has dressed in four games and posted one assist this season. Last season, the 37-year-old forward had 24 points (six goals, 18 assists) in 70 appearances with the Blues, including becoming the 21st American-born player to play in 1,100 NHL games on Mar. 27, 2012.
Overall, Langenbrunner has played in 18 NHL seasons, amassing 663 points (243 goals, 420 assists) and 837 penalty minutes in 1,109 games. A two-time Stanley Cup Champion (Dallas 1999, New Jersey 2003), Langenbrunner has registered 87 points (34 goals, 53 assists) in 146 NHL playoff games.
Langenbrunner was signed by the Blues as a free agent on July 6, 2011. He was originally drafted by Dallas in the second round (No. 35) of the 1993 NHL Entry Draft.
