Architect of Cup championship team aced par-3 16th hole at Cabot Cliffs

They say when you're hot, you're hot, and Doug Armstrong is on fire right now.
The St. Louis Blues president and general manager, fresh off a Stanley Cup-winning season, made a hole-in-one at Cabot Cliffs in Inverness, Nova Scotia, on Tuesday.

The ace came on the par-3 16th hole, just off the North Atlantic Ocean. He hit his 8-iron 151 yards, and ended up as the third hole-in-one of his golf-playing career. Cabot Cliffs ranked ninth on the list of the World's 100 greatest courses chosen by Golf Digest. The accomplishment earned Armstrong the hole's flag, signed by the course's pro, and a shoutout from the course's official Twitter and Instagram accounts.
The ace probably pales in comparison to his first day with the Cup and his dad in Sarnia, Ontario, last month. But everything seems to be coming up Armstrong these days.
