Blues defenseman Polak out with broken foot

ST. LOUIS (AP) -St. Louis Blues defenseman Roman Polak fractured his right foot and will be out indefinitely.

Polak broke his foot in Saturday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Chicago Blackhawks.

Defenseman Steve Wagner was recalled from Peoria (AHL), the Blues said Sunday.

Playing his first full season, the 22-year-old Polak has one goal and 10 assists in 44 games.

Wagner, 24, has one goal and one assist in 16 games with St. Louis this season. He has four goals and nine assists in 23 games with Peoria.
