Blues defenseman McKee out with fractured finger @NHLdotcom

ST. LOUIS (AP) -St. Louis Blues defenseman Jay McKee will be sidelined indefinitely with a fractured left ring finger.

The team said Wednesday that McKee was hurt in the third period of Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Calgary Flames. Defenseman Jonas Junland was recalled from the team's American Hockey Leauge affiliate in Peoria, Ill.

The 31-year-old McKee has a goal and an assist and is minus-5 in 30 games.

Junland, a third-round pick in 2006, had six goals, seven assists and 12 penalty minutes in 21 games at Peoria. He played 52 games for Linkoping of the Swedish Elite League last season.
