Blue Jackets coach Richards talks playoff race @NHLdotcom

Columbus Blue Jackets coach Todd Richards was a guest of NHL Live to talk about his team's place in what's been a very close race to secure two Eastern Conference wild-card spots in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

"It's made for some sleepless nights, that's for sure, a lot of thinking and a lot of probably irregular heartbeats," Richards said.

Richards also said goalie Sergei Bobrovsky, who left the Blue Jackets' 4-2 win Tuesday against the Detroit Red Wings after the first period with the flu, will be re-evaluated Friday. A decision on his status for the game against the Pittsburgh Penguins will be made either after the morning skate or before game time.
