little-blackhawks

In conjunction with the National Hockey League and NHL Players Association, the Chicago Blackhawks announced today that they will launch the Little Blackhawks learn to play initiative, which aims to make hockey more accessible to first time participants. The program was developed with the help of experts from USA Hockey and Hockey Canada and provides skaters from ages 4-8 years old with a free set of head-to-toe CCM equipment, on-ice instruction and certified coaching led by NHL alumni. Blackhawks alumni scheduled to coach include Stanley Cup champions Jamal Mayers, Daniel Carcillo and Ben Eager.
