KINGSTON, Ont. - Tyler Beskorowany made 35 saves for his first shutout of the season as the Kingston Frontenacs blanked the Peterborough Petes 3-0 in OHL action Friday.

Beskorowany, who was acquired by the Frontenacs in an August trade with the Owen Sound Attack, was especially busy over the final 40 minutes, stopping all 30 shots he faced. The Dallas Stars prospect has won four of his last five decisions.

Taylor Doherty led the way offensively with a goal and an assist, while Corey Durocher and Ethan Werek also scored for Kingston (18-18-2).

Jason Missaien made 36 saves for the Petes (20-18-2).
