Bell scores game winner as the Blazers beat the Cougars 5-4 @NHLdotcom

KAMLOOPS, B.C. - Tyler Bell broke a 3-3 tie in the third period as the Kamloops Blazers went on to a 5-4 victory over the Prince George Cougars on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Tim Bozon, Chase Souto, Matt Needham and Brendan Ranford also scored for Kamloops (19-7-1).

Alex Forsberg, Jake Mykitiuk, Troy Bourke and Spencer Asuchak replied for Prince George (8-18-2).

Cam Lanigan stopped 25 shots for the win while Drew Owsley made 27 saves in defeat.

The Blazers went 2-for-4 on the power play as the Cougars went 1-for-3.
