Beleskey has two goals, assist as Belleville defeats Peterborough 6-3 @NHLdotcom

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Matt Beleskey had two goals and an assist as the Belleville Bulls beat the Peterborough Petes 6-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.

Adam Perry and Jan Mursak had a goal and two assists each for the Eastern Conference-leading Bulls (35-12-3-2). Andy Self and Cory Tanaka also scored.

Zack Kassian, Zach Harnden and Kenzie Sheppard had staked the Petes (23-25-0-3) to a 3-2 lead after two periods. Zach Bogosian and Arturs Kulda had two assists each.

Parker VanBuskirk picked up the win in goal and Trevor Cann took the loss as Belleville outshot the Petes 41-29.
