Beach scores late tying goal, Hurricanes beat Raiders in shootout

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. - Kyle Beach tied the game with four seconds left in regulation, then scored in a shootout as the Lethbridge Hurricanes earned a 4-3 shootout win over the Prince Albert Raiders in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Colton Sceviour also scored in the shootout for Lethbridge, while Hurricanes goaltender Juha Metsola stopped both Prince Albert shooters. Brent Henke and Cam Braes also scored for Lethbridge, who scored three goals in the third period to force overtime.

Dustin Cameron, Justin Bernhardt and Ryan McDonald replied for Prince Albert.

Metsola finished with 28 saves for Lethbridge (22-21-1-2). Steven Stanford stopped 47 shots for the Raiders (22-23-2-1).
