Beach has two goals, assist as Warriors win 5-2 over Prince Albert Raiders @NHLdotcom

MOOSE JAW, Sask. - Cody Beach had a pair of goals and an assist as the Moose Jaw Warriors won 5-2 over the Prince Albert Raiders in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Quinton Howden had a goal and an assist in his first game of the season for the Warriors (7-5-1-0) who were ahead 4-0 early in the second period.

Sam Fioretti and Carter Hansen had the other Warriors goals.

Jonas Knutsen and Tyler Hart replied for the Raiders (4-10-1-1).

Eric Williams only lasted 11:35 before the Raiders starting goalie left the net after allowing three goals on 11 shots. Cole Holowenko stopped 21 of the 23 shots he faced in relief.

Luke Siemens made 18 saves for the Warriors

The Warriors were 3-for-7 on the power play, while the Raiders were 0-for-3.
