Beach has three points in return to Everett as the Hurricanes win 5-4

EVERETT, Wash. - Kyle Beach had a goal and two assists as the Lethbridge Hurricanes jumped out to a four-goal lead, then hung on to defeat the Everett Silvertips 5-4 Saturday night in WHL action.

Beach, in his first game in Everett since the Silvertips traded him to Lethbridge in January, led the Hurricanes (28-24-3-2) with three points, while Brennan Yadlowski, Austin Fyten, Carter Ashton and Brody Sutter also scored. Michael Tadjdeh made 23 saves in goal.

Mike Alexander, Kellan Tochkin, Tyler Maxwell and Shane Harper scored for Everett (22-24-7-2). Thomas Heemskerk stopped 11 of 15 shots before being pulled for Kent Simpson, who stopped 21 of 22.
