Baumgartner scores go ahead goal as Moose down Monsters 3-2

WINNIPEG - Nolan Baumgartner scored the eventual winner in the third period as the Manitoba Moose edged the Lake Erie Monsters 3-2 on Tuesday in the AHL.

Alexandre Bolduc had a goal and an assist for Manitoba while Dylan Yeo added a single - his first of the season. Shaun Heshka added two assists.

Nigel Williams and Josh Aspenlind scored for Lake Erie.

Cory Schneider stopped 19 of 21 shots for the Moose (34-14-0-3).

Jason Bacashihua made 22 saves for the Monsters (19-24-1-5).
