The Colorado Avalanche are headed to the 2022 Stanley Cup Final and the party has already started on social media.After a thrilling 6-5 overtime victory against the Edmonton Oilers to complete a four-game sweep, the Avalanche shared some celebratory posts.With the clincher coming on the road, the team shared some photos of their big watch party at Ball Arena on Monday.The Stanley Cup itslef also sent a congratulatory post in its own unique way, referencing the team's use of the the blink-182 hit "All the Small Things" during games.Their NBA counterparts, the Denver Nuggets, also shared their congratulations.As did MLB's Colorado Rockies.And more specifically, Rockies pitcher Kyle Freeland.The Oilers, in a classy gesture, wished the Avalanche luck in the Final.But after all that, the Avalanche's new pinned tweet is evidence that they are ready for the Cup Final, no matter who the opponent.
