OTTAWA - John Armstrong had two goals Friday night, including the winner with three minutes left, as the Peterborough Petes defeated the Ottawa 67's 4-3 in OHL action.

Armstrong intercepted a Logan Couture pass at the 67's blue-line and fired a slapshot past Adam Courchaine in the 67's goal.

"If you give me the puck during the game, more times than not I'm going to make the right play," Couture said. "It was just one of those things where you don't think and you make the automatic pass. It's tough to take."

Arturs Kulda and Zach Harnden also scored for the Petes (7-2-1) who handed the 67's (5-5-2) their fourth straight loss.

Cody Lindsay, Julien Demers and Jamie McGinn scored for the 67's while Couture had two assists and led a third-period comeback as the 67's overcame a 3-1 deficit.

The 67's went 2-for-10 on the power play and outshot the Petes 38-22, including 15-3 in the third period.

Trevor Cann picked up the victory for the Petes who went 1-4 with the man advantage.
