"You kind of question your abilities, and things get in your head that shouldn't," Foegele. "But I felt pretty good the past couple days with my energy, so it felt pretty good going in today."

"I think he's been playing pretty well," Brind'Amour said. "Every game you're seeing that dynamic stuff now, what we were missing in the first 10 or 15 games."

"We had a couple chances and we didn't capitalize on them," said Galchenyuk, who skated with Brad Richardson and Archibald. "We've got to go to the net more and we've got to get shots through."
